About 6 years ago I had eyebrow combo and semi-permanent eyeliner done, and I was extremely satisfied. The brows were not too thick, and people around me said it turned out well, so I recommended it to many people and sent them there haha. I later got touch-ups somewhere else, but I am willing to visit again for another touch-up.
