A month has passed, but I still remember it vividly, so I’m writing this. The front desk staff were really rude, and I went in at 7 p.m. but I waited for 1 hour. I could hear the front desk staff talking about customers at the desk. It was unpleasant, and I will never go back because of the front desk staff. The consultation manager was kind, the consultation went well, and the doctor was kind too and kept checking whether I was in pain during the procedure. Before the procedure, I only consulted with the manager, and I only met the doctor in the procedure room. I was a little disappointed that the procedure went ahead without a detailed consultation or a specialist’s opinion.
