I had my first nose surgery here. At first I just vaguely thought that getting a nose job would make me prettier, so I had the surgery. I didn't go to any other clinics; I had my first consultation here and went straight into surgery. My nose was originally bulbous, and right after surgery when it was swollen, the line was too high and it didn't seem to suit my face, so it looked strange. But after a month or two, as it settled into my face, it became okay. Since it was my first surgery and I was changing my facial features themselves, the swelling probably lasted a long time. After a little over two years, it lowered a lot. Still, it was a bit high, so people who could tell by the side profile knew it had been done. But the bulbous-nose look never fully went away. I'm not sure if they're especially good at correcting bulbous noses. Since I had a bulbous nose, maybe multiple surgeries would have worked better, but here they also tend to make the tip round, and I think they keep the nasolabial angle somewhat high and adjust the height to match the forehead line and lip line so it suits the face. Apart from the failure to correct the bulbous nose, overall they're good at making the face look pretty and refined. People without a bulbous nose would probably get a big effect. In the end, I had revision surgery at another clinic to properly correct my bulbous nose.
