Both the manager and the doctor were kind and explained everything in detail. At large hospitals, the manager usually gives most of the explanation first and then with the doctor you only discuss things like implant size and incision location, but here the doctor explained in detail and in an easy way the surgical procedure, the types and characteristics of implants, recommendations after checking my condition, and the surgery method. They kept checking whether I still had questions. More than anything, it was reassuring to hear that the doctor would be involved in every part of the process so carefully.
