That person who seemed to be the general manager of the hospital was unbelievably kind, bringing me water and being more than considerate, but the manager in charge of consultations somehow felt like he was trying to steer the atmosphere in the direction the hospital wanted rather than what the patient wanted, and kept turning things toward what was advantageous for him. Whenever I tried to take the lead, that annoyance showed up clearly on his face, and I was really irritated. Maybe it's because I looked young, but it felt condescending. Do you treat older customers the same way? It's honestly a hospital I don't want to go back to. I was seriously about to leave without even saying goodbye. The doctor’s consultation was calm and factual, but he also asked some slightly awkward questions. I pretended I was fine, but I felt uncomfortable. The consultation itself was professional and explained things in detail, but the implant cc size was smaller than I expected, so I was surprised. They seem to prefer a natural look. Still, it’s not a large hospital, and as far as I know it opened not that long ago, but the cost was way too expensive. It really didn't feel like a place that attracted me at all.
