My nostrils were huge, so it had always been a complex for me.. Still, I was scared to have surgery, so I put up with it and lived like that until now, but the more I live a social life, the more stressful it gets, so I'm looking into surgery. The consultation process was okay, but there was a little pressure, which was a bit burdensome.
