I consulted for adult cleft lip and palate surgery, and the director honestly said exactly which parts could be improved and which parts could not. The consultation focused more on before-and-after surgery cases than on the surgical method, and I felt more trust compared to other hospitals. The manager was kind and, after the director's consultation, gave me a detailed extra consultation, but I wondered if there was any need to criticize another hospital.
