I liked that there was no wait. The consultation manager was of average kindness. The price was on the cheap side compared with other clinics. I said I wanted to remove it because I felt a foreign-body sensation, but they said that was subjective and that the purpose of the surgery wasn’t clear. Do you have to wait until contracture happens before they’ll operate.. They felt it by hand and said it seemed like not much material was inserted, so I asked how many millimeters it was. They replied, "I don’t know that either." I went there because I needed to ask the doctor for advice and check my condition, since I’m the patient and don’t know. I was disappointed. If they really didn’t know, they could have said it’s information that’s hard to tell until they take photos, or phrased it differently. They’re known for blunt honesty, but the issue wasn’t bluntness, it was the attitude. I’m taking them off my list because I don’t think communication would work with this doctor.
