They analyzed my current face and recommended a shape that would suit me. Since they said I wouldn't be able to raise the height anyway, they suggested just slightly lowering the tip of my nose. They didn't take separate photos and instead did the consultation by looking directly at my face. They showed me cases of people who had had the surgery, but I didn't really see much difference. They weren't unfriendly, but they looked very tired, so it felt like they had already decided on the answer and it was hard to bring things up. I think they would do it safely, but the aesthetic side didn't match me and I didn't think communication would go well.
