I had a consultation before the procedure, and instead of sounding professional, they kept repeating mechanical-sounding remarks, so I hesitated, but I went ahead with the procedure and the result was satisfying. I showed them the lip photo I brought and wanted, and they said some parts would be difficult, but that other parts could be preserved, so in the end I was satisfied.
