Typical factory-style operation. Everyone was kind, which was nice. The doctor was also really kind.. The waiting time was incredibly long, but I guess that can happen. Whether it was fillers or Botox, it was cheaper than other places and they did it quickly and well, so I liked that. The consultation also felt like more than just them roughly telling me the price, which was good.
