I am thinking about having my nose removed. (No complications, just dissatisfaction with the shape and bending.) At the consultation, I was thinking about revision nose surgery, but I also have quite a bit of nasal congestion, and I do not want to put any more silicone foreign material inside. I plan to leave the septum and cartilage as they are. My double eyelids are natural, but I do not think they fit the current trend.
