Here, they said they would have to make incisions along both sides of the spine and remove the fat that way. The surgeon recommended doing liposuction on the thigh fat and fat grafting to the buttocks to create a line. No matter how I think about it I went in for consultation about the back flank, and being recommended thigh lipo and buttock grafting too felt a bit unsettling.
