The doctor and the staff were all kind. There were also many reviews, so I could get a sense of what it would be like before going. The consultation was thorough and kind. However, it felt like they would do whatever I asked for. That can be a good thing, but I wanted to hear the doctor's opinion on my face a little more, so I felt a bit disappointed. Still, the doctor looked very carefully, took photos, discussed opinions together, and the consultation itself was very kind and good.
