It's been 4 years... haha Back then it was my first nose surgery, and I had it done in Gwangju.. Now I had it redone in Gangnam. For nose surgery, Seoul is the place. First of all, as far as I know, Gwangju doesn't do donor rib or autologous costal cartilage. For people who want an extremely natural result, it may not matter, but if you do it with ear cartilage, I think most people end up needing revision because it is not a very strong material.
