I went for a consultation about epicanthoplasty, and I do not understand why the reviews here are so good. First of all, the director in charge had a very strong presence. It felt like a power struggle after a long time. They did not explain much of anything, and when I asked questions they spoke as if I were being fussy. The doctor was nice, but they did not explain the surgical method separately and were rather passive. They measured my interbrow distance with a ruler and said it looked like this much would be good, and if I wanted to open it more we could discuss it during the surgery. Having the director there too during the consultation with the doctor was uncomfortable. I wanted to see various follow-up stages, but they only showed me the one-month result, and they said everyone is satisfied after one month, so I could not trust that.
