First of all, the director was kind during the consultation. When I explained my needs, he seemed to catch them well and reflect them. He answered questions well, but the consultation felt a little lacking in professional details like surgical methods. The counseling director was kind, but I don't know why the front desk directors were so unfriendly. They were snappy and had an annoyed tone, which was really disappointing.
