I didn’t leave a review for places where I only had a consultation because it felt bothersome, but I’ll leave one here this time... After consulting at Unique, I suddenly felt grateful for the friendliness and hard work of managers at other hospitals. From every nonverbal cue, including their eyes and expressions, I could feel their rudeness and annoyance, and even in what they said, they reacted like, have you never even consulted at another hospital, why are you asking something like that? (If I asked at another hospital, why can’t I ask again here? I ask the same questions at every clinic, and this was the first place that reacted like this.) There were a few other things too, but I’ll hold back. I don’t even want to give feedback anymore. If the manager is like this even during consultation, then I’m not even curious what attitude they’d have toward a patient if post-op treatment ever became necessary. Before doing my legwork, this place was at the top of my list in my heart, but now I’ve changed to thinking there’s no real need to do it here. I won’t go back a second time. If you’re going because you like the director, I won’t stop you. But when you consult with the manager, please brace yourself for the possibility that rudeness could pop out at any time. After reading the reviews, I only today saw that there are quite a few posts saying the director is okay but the manager is rude. If that’s the case, I should have prepared myself mentally before going^^..
