I got information from various communities and heard this place is famous for revision eye surgery, so I went for a consultation. Both the manager and the doctor were kind, and there was no pressure to have surgery. It seemed like they only recommended the procedures that were really necessary, so their honesty gave me trust. I did leave a deposit, but I think I'll keep looking around more before deciding~
