I had nose surgery 4 years ago. At first I was going to have the chin tip done too, but I couldn't because of lack of funds, so I was disappointed. Originally I had a different surgeon, but after it switched entirely to Dr. Cheon Seongjun, the surgical method also changed completely. They did an upturned nose using only silicone and ear cartilage, without any bone cutting around the area, and the surgeon was so kind that I felt reassured and liked it.
