When I had my nose surgery, the nasolabial folds on both sides were deeply etched and I had a protruding mouth, so they suggested paranasal augmentation, and I had the nose surgery and paranasal augmentation at the same time. For about the first month, I felt a foreign-body sensation when smiling, but now, four years later, it's completely fine. Still, the nasolabial area hasn't fully smoothed out, so that part is a bit disappointing.
