I was disappointed that I couldn't get a consultation with the head doctor (I'm not sure if that's how it usually is, but some people said they got a consultation with the head doctor, while many others said they only talked with the manager). The manager felt like a neighborhood older sister, and the atmosphere was comfortable. The desk staff were just businesslike but kind, so that was fine. But the manager was so honest that she actually tried to talk me out of the surgery, which made me trust her even more ~
