I had abdominal 360 surgery 3 to 4 years ago. At the consultation, they looked at my abdomen and told me what could happen if I had it done, and also explained the side effects? Things like loose skin. It was my first time getting liposuction, so I only went to this clinic for consultation. When I said I wanted to wear crop tops, the director said they would make sure I could wear crop tops, so I booked the surgery and had it done. Honestly, I was a little disappointed on the first day. They said the first line was the line after all the swelling went down, but it only felt a tiny bit thinner than before.. In particular, I did not feel at all that the fat under the chest and in the upper abdomen had been removed.. I thought, did I just waste my money? But after the swelling went down (The swelling? fibrosis? It really takes longer than you think to go down completely. I think it is better to relax and assume it will take about a year!) My waist went from 28 to 25 or 26? It was tight, but I could even wear size 24 pants. I also heard a lot of comments that my waistline was pretty haha (it got prettier and thinner than the first-day line!) But I still could not wear crop tops. The upper abdomen I mentioned earlier was unchanged.. It was the same as before surgery. What I thought of as the upper abdomen was right below the chest, so I started thinking that here, the upper abdomen means the area above the navel.. Still, I was really, really grateful that my waistline at least became nicely smaller. While getting postoperative care, the staff were kind too! It was so convenient that I did not have to wear a compression garment, and there were no IV fluids or anything like that, and the scar is not visible now, so that is nice, but if you have a muscular or visceral-fat type, it is better to give up expecting them to leave only bone behind. So I would give the surgery expectation 3 stars, and if you are a fat-type person, I think it would be 4 stars. And when you do abdominal surgery, make sure to talk enough about the upper abdomen!
