I made an appointment and visited for a nose-surgery consultation. Taking 45-degree, 90-degree, and frontal photos and filling out the consent form on a tablet for the consultation made it seem professional. It was a consultation with the manager, and because the surgeon was away on a business trip, I was told I would need to see them once more for the price to be exact, so I scheduled another visit with the surgeon.
