I had breast augmentation 3 years ago, and the pain that people worry about most was literally not there at all. I was uncomfortable for about a week, but that much was manageable. But the feel is really not great. I was set on something as natural as possible, but they kept recommending a larger size, so I ended up with something a bit bigger than I had pictured. It is a little too big for my body for sure T_T
