I went late at night, and there were a lot of consultations going on. I asked about the fat above my eyes as someone in my 20s, and they explained a facelift instead. It wasn't a consultation about how to decide what to do, it felt more like I had come to take a lesson on how they perform surgery. They seem to have a very strong personal style, not really answering the questions...
