Why are the reviews here so bad? T_T I had a revision surgery here this year and I was extremely, extremely happy and satisfied. At first, during the consultation, I felt like I had no idea what the doctor was talking about and I could not understand well, so I was anxious, but my friends had their surgeries here and all of them changed into such beautiful celebrity-like eyes, so I decided to go ahead with the surgery. What was especially unusual was that on the day of surgery, instead of going to a consultation room, I went into the operating room, sat down there, checked the line, and had a very long consultation before the final decision was made and I had the surgery lying down. What impressed me most was how hard the director tried to fully understand what kind of eye shape the patient wanted as much as possible. Because the result came from such a long consultation, they really made my eyes into the exact shape I wanted T_T. Both my friends who had it done here and I feel the same way: the director's consultation is really hard to understand, but the surgical results are truly beyond satisfying. The doctor is kind, but the staff... aside from the people sitting at the counter, the operating room staff were rude, which made me feel bad, and the facilities were a bit outdated, but other than that I really have no complaints.
