It was my first time going in for a consultation, so I was really nervous, but the director explained each line and possible side effects one by one. I was worried about keloids, so they also explained the treatment methods for that in detail! I got an injection that same day too. I'm still a student, so I worried a lot about swelling and whether it would settle, but they said if it settles, reoperation is possible right away. They're really, really kind.
