They didn't immediately recommend anything and sent me back saying we'd have to see whether the redness goes down. There are the most reviews online, and the online consultation also felt like it was handled directly by the doctor. However, the consultation ended extremely quickly, so it was a bit disappointing that I had waited about two weeks for it.
