The consultation time is extremely short. About 3 minutes? But what they said was exactly the same as the answer I got when I asked online, so for anything simple, use the online inquiry instead.. Also, the staff member who helped with the consultation was too mechanical, so I did not like it. There is a consultation fee, and they do not especially force you to book, but they said the deposit is nonrefundable.
