I felt that the director was the type who examines things very carefully. They seemed to look closely at each patient's individual features before making a judgment, and the consultation coordinator was also very kind. In other factory-style clinics, the directors looked extremely tired and worn out, but this place felt different from those clinics, and I liked that.
