My eyes were quite asymmetrical, but they became reasonably well balanced. I prefer a very natural look that does not show, so I only had two stitches placed at the inner corners of the eyes. They turned out beautifully without being obvious, just as I wanted. I thought it had gone wrong because the swelling was not going down in a balanced way (they were asymmetrical from the moment I left after surgery), but as time passed, it settled into place. It really was just swelling. Honestly, I feel a bit sorry to the clinic. I pestered them a little, saying the symmetry was off, and kept whining over chat lol I could not say it to them directly, but I am sorry..
