Because this is my first nose surgery, I've been going around to several places for consultations, doing a lot of research online and in person. I've had consultations at 7 to 8 clinics, and all of them said I should have the surgery with silicone, ear cartilage, and donated rib cartilage. Only Director Yejin suggested a consultation using just ear cartilage and silicone, and said that because my nose is small, using the septum could also be risky. I wanted a natural-looking nose, so I think that matched us well too. I first had a consultation with the director, then met with the consultation manager and heard about the costs, and they showed me example before-and-after photos. The clinic is in a standalone building, and parking has to be done in the building in front. It had a cafe-like atmosphere. I'm leaning toward here, so if I decide to go ahead with surgery, I think I'll do it here.
