I had a revision nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and I didn't get greedy, so maybe that's why I'm living so comfortably with a natural-looking nose~ People sometimes ask me if I had nose surgery, but when I say it's a natural nose, they just seem to believe it. If you want to keep it natural and not be greedy, I recommend it.
