I booked the appointment one day in advance and had the consultation the next day. The director was kind, and the doctor was kind as well. The order was: consultation with the manager -> consultation with the doctor -> consultation with the manager about the appointment and price, etc. The consultation was short, but they checked the line a few times and said surgery could be done like this and like that.
