Revision surgery itself is not a procedure that is easy to be aesthetically satisfied with. If the front canthus procedure is not severe, I recommend just living with it. But if the change in impression is large, or if the eye shape feels unnatural and causes stress that makes daily life hard... there is nothing you can do... Still, you should keep in mind that revision surgery can create another awkward eye shape. The surgical result was not bad... The scar is unavoidable, but the hollow-looking impression was improved. There is some widening too... but it is not widened in a strangely unnatural way. One side has become more sleepy-looking, so I am thinking about secondary canthoplasty.
