I had my double eyelid surgery done with natural adhesion, and also had eye correction and front and upper canthoplasty. I have always been very eager to get eye widening surgery, so I went in for a consultation thinking about all the canthoplasty options, including upper, front, and back canthoplasty. After looking at my eyes, the director honestly told me that if we added back canthoplasty too, my eyes could look too overly widened, and that my eyes were sufficient without it, so there was no need to do the back canthoplasty.
