First of all, there were too many people at the hospital and it was chaotic. I came earlier than my appointment time, but I still had to wait about an hour? If that was the case, I do not know why they even take appointments.. And the chairs in the hospital were too uncomfortable, so I was at maximum irritation before I even met the director. The counselor and the reception staff were not especially kind either.
