Had a nose surgery 2 months ago with septum cartilage and donated rib cartilage, without an implant. After the nose job, one nostril’s airflow passage became much narrower. I also had alar reduction, and it seems to look more natural as time goes on. Since it was an implant-free surgery and I have a bulbous nose, I thought there would not be much change from the front, but it changed quite a bit. Still, the tip is too high, so even from the side it looks like I had nose surgery. The price is very cheap, but I think it is the ultimate factory-style clinic. The design was finished on the operating table in less than a minute. The consultation was very kind, though.. The treatment room desk staff are kind. If I went back... hmm..
