The consultation with the doctor was very good. He looked carefully while going through the photos. Since he's an ENT specialist, I liked that he also checked the functional side. The manager was kind, but it was a bit burdensome. The surgery cost came out quite high, and they talked about same-day booking, but the difference in the surgery fee was so big that it made me wonder what was going on. It felt a little lacking compared to the consultation with the doctor.
