I visited last year to get a consultation before my nose surgery. Cost was also a concern, but the biggest reason I decided not to have surgery here was the staff’s attitude when a patient who had had surgery here came in with complications. Their response to the patient was cold. Of course, nose surgery is a procedure where complications can happen easily, but I worried that if I had complications after surgery here, they would respond the same way, so I put the surgery on hold!

I think I heard somewhere that the consultation manager pressures people to book, but I didn’t have that experience, and they told me to think it over and call back...! But they did recommend using donated dermis, so I’m a little hesitant…
