I had to wait a bit for the consultation. The director carefully looked at my nose, but it felt like things were wrapped up too quickly Also, there was a line I wanted, but they recommended a different one. The virtual surgery simulation was nice, so that was good. The order was manager - director - manager.

I think I heard somewhere that the consultation manager pressures people to book, but I didn’t have that experience, and they told me to think it over and call back...! But they did recommend using donated dermis, so I’m a little hesitant…
