The doctor was really kind and explained everything in detail! The consultation manager was kind, but it also felt a little overwhelming at times.. lol Still, everyone was nice! They did push for a deposit a bit, and there is also a consultation fee. Still, looking at the surgery patients, it seems like everyone turned out well.
