They don’t accept same-day reservations, so I first had a non-face-to-face consultation. They said they would call with a happy call, but there was no contact, so I first applied for the non-face-to-face consultation through the hospital. I asked if a visit that same day would be possible, and they said no. I asked how many days in advance I’d need to book if I wanted a certain date, and they said it depends on the day. When I said I wanted both functional and cosmetic treatment but would need to consult first to decide, they told me to look into it more and call back... They were so bothered and unfriendly that I just said I’d make a reservation another time and hung up. Then around the afternoon, someone presumed to be the director called and consulted me about the content I had uploaded for the remote consultation. Something like which nose procedure would allow the use of non-cartilage... The medical staff were kind, but the staff member was unfriendly, so I didn’t make a consultation appointment... I don’t want to be stressed out by the staff while I’m hospitalized^^;
