I wanted to consult with the chief doctor, but the schedules didn't match, so I consulted with another doctor. Unlike other hospitals, they showed me with Photoshop how they would shape the nose, which was novel and made me even more interested. But the explanation of the surgery was disappointing, and above all, they said they would shave down the dorsal hump and use Alloderm on top of it, so I passed... At other hospitals they all use the septal cartilage, but here they said they don't use septal cartilage as material because it can weaken the inside of the nose. They also said Alloderm isn't my own skin and that the degree of later absorption differs, so I passed.
