A blunt nasal tip... a low nose bridge... I was under so much stress because of my typical bulbous nose that I finally made an appointment and went in to have bulbous nose surgery. The director was really kind, and I could feel his professionalism, so I trusted him. The consultation manager was kind too, and overall I was satisfied.
