I was looking into hospitals for my first surgery and went in for a consultation because the reviews seemed decent. The consultation atmosphere was good. The director was kind and easy to understand. It really seems like excessive treatment has disappeared from hospitals these days. Personally, I felt comfortable during the consultation.
