Even if I made a reservation and went, it strongly felt like they were deliberately making me wait. When I went there, the people mostly coming for consultations were a bit older. The hospital atmosphere felt a little old-fashioned. They said they would do a CT scan, so I wanted to go for a consultation, but although they did the scan, they didn't say anything at all about the scan results and instead showed me a patent certificate while explaining a cartilage injection procedure. I wish they had talked about nose surgery suited to my nose and face shape instead of showing me a patent certificate. They showed me past surgery scenes, and it gave me trauma. And I'm not sure if they got consent, but they also showed photos taken on the operating table and patients' faces. That was really bad.
