I came in while looking into rhinoplasty without implants. They explained in detail two methods: using cartilage injection without silicone, and using autologous costal cartilage to build up the bridge and perform the surgery. They showed actual patient cases, which made it easy to understand. The only concern is that there are not many future side effect cases or reports, so that is making me hesitate.
