I give high marks for replying to comments and things like that. I went there last year, I think, for a double eyelid consultation. The consultation manager recommended an endoscopic forehead lift. I really hated having to meet the doctor after the consultation. I thought you should meet the doctor first and then the manager. Maybe because the doctor was busy.. I had made a reservation and went there.
